Charterhouse is delighted to announce that the U19 Clarinet Quintet of Music Scholars were selected as ‘Chamber Champions’ at the final of the Pro Corda National Chamber Music Festival at Brighton College on Sunday, 19 March. They played the first movement of Brahms’ Clarinet Quintet, and were one of just five groups selected for giving the best performances at the final of this national competition.
Pro Corda provide an opportunity for chamber groups of all instruments throughout the country to take part in this annual celebratory festival of talent and music.
