On 6 February, the Charterhouse team finished 27th in the National Final of the Senior Team Mathematics Challenge.
The competition was as tough as ever with around 90 teams competing, having won regional heats earlier in the academic year. Most of the teams were comprised of entirely of Sixth Formers so particular credit goes to the two Charterhouse Year 11 pupils who took part – especially Justin Fung who had not competed in the regional heat or seen any of the materials previously, and who was recruited for the team just half an hour before departure.
